Welcome to Silverhull LLC! By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

Silverhull LLC provides junk removal services, including:

  • Item hauling
  • Recycling
  • Donations

2. Booking Policy

  • We offer free, no-obligation quotes provided on-site at the job location.
  • Booking slots are available in 2-hour time windows. We will arrive within the established time window and maintain communication with the client to provide an exact time of arrival as soon as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are determined on-site based on the volume and type of items to be removed.
  • Payment of the previously agreed-upon price is due upon completion of the job. Payment is done on-site via a card reader accepting credit or debit cards.

4. Limitations

We do not accept perishable or spoilable items. Additionally, Silverhull LLC is not licensed to transport or dispose of hazardous items, including but not limited to:

  • Asbestos
  • Oil tanks
  • Oil drums
  • Chemicals
  • Solvents
  • Oils
  • Paint
  • Acids

Please contact your local recycling or junk management hotline for proper disposal of these materials.

For safety and liability reasons, we are unable to disconnect appliances. Please ensure that appliances, such as refrigerators, freezers, ovens, washing machines, and dryers, are disconnected from all power sources, water, oil, fuel, compressed air/gas, or any other connections before we arrive.

5. Liabilities

Silverhull LLC is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from customer negligence.
  • Delays due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be subject to mediation. If the issue is not resolved through mediation, it will be settled through arbitration under Texas law.
